We was hired to produce a full planning and building regulations package for a single storey rear extension. the aim was to provide a light garden room space for hosting whilst integrating efficiently with the rest of the ground floor area. the design consisted of a single pitch sloping roof with full width bi-fold windows. The project required us to work closely with the client and the local authority whilst professionally handling the design to a high standard. The client on the project left us this review:
